- Pay: $90–$140 per shoot (depending on package), travel pass-through 100%, weekly Venmo on Fridays.
- Volume: 2–6 shoots per week to start, growing as we scale in Arizona.
- Time: ~30–45 min on-site per property. Drive 15–40 min between shoots.
- You handle: Showing up, shooting per our shot list, uploading RAWs to Drive same-day.
- We handle: Client booking, scheduling, editing, delivery, invoicing, client comms.
What we're looking for
- Sony body preferred — A7 III/IV, A7R series, or A7C. We'll consider strong Canon R / Nikon Z portfolios but Sony shooters integrate fastest with our workflow.
- Wide lens — Sony 16–35mm GM, Tamron 17–28mm, or equivalent.
- Tripod — required for our compositional standards.
- Existing portfolio showing real estate or interior work.
- Reliable transportation in your Arizona metro.
- Same-day RAW upload discipline — non-negotiable.
Drone certification (FAA Part 107) is a plus but not required to start.
