Welcome to Booked Visual. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bookedvisual.com and any photography services you book with SR Visual LLC, which operates the Booked Visual brand ("Booked Visual," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking a shoot or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Booked Visual provides professional photography services for short-term rentals, real estate listings, and similar property marketing needs. Our services include on-site photography, professional editing, and digital gallery delivery, with optional add-ons such as drone aerial photography, twilight exterior photography, and video walkthroughs.
You are responsible for ensuring the photographer can access the property at the scheduled time, that the property is clean and styled for photography, and that any pets are secured. We provide a "Getting Ready" guide on our website with detailed prep instructions.
Photo galleries are typically delivered within 24 hours of the end of your shoot day. The 24-hour window begins at midnight following your shoot, not at the time of the shoot itself. Galleries are released as soon as payment is complete. Video and drone deliveries may take longer (typically 48 to 72 hours). Delivery times are best-effort estimates, not guarantees.
Once paid in full, you receive a perpetual, royalty-free license to use the delivered photos for marketing the photographed property, including listing platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Zillow, MLS), your website, social media, and printed marketing materials. The license is non-exclusive: Booked Visual retains the right to use the photos for portfolio, marketing, and brand purposes.
Drone services are subject to FAA regulations and weather conditions. We do not fly in restricted airspace, in unsafe weather, or without your authorization. If a drone shoot cannot be completed safely or legally, we will not fly that portion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost bookings or lost revenue.
All website content, logos, branding, and unedited source files are the intellectual property of SR Visual LLC. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell our content without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
SR Visual LLC runs two text programs under the Booked Visual name. Each needs its own consent.
Program 1: Booked Visual shoot updates. If you tick the text-updates box when booking (on our booking page or in your client account), or ask us to text you when we book a shoot for you, we send you recurring SMS about your shoot from (480) 771-2792: your confirmation, a reminder the day before, an update when your photographer is on the way, a note when your edited photos are ready, and a request for feedback afterward. These are service messages about a shoot you booked and never carry offers. Message frequency varies with your booking.
Program 2: Booked Visual Offers. If you enter your mobile number in the offer signup box on our site and tap its button, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from Booked Visual at that number. There is no checkbox: the consent text is printed next to the button, and tapping the button is your consent. Before any offer text, we text you once from (480) 870-3600 to confirm, and offer texts start only if you reply Y. They come from that number and carry your signup code, a reminder before a code ends, and seasonal offers. Message frequency: up to 4 messages a month.
Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message; a reply such as "stop texting me" counts too. After a STOP you get at most one confirmation and nothing after that. A STOP to an offer text ends offer texts. A STOP to a shoot update ends shoot updates for that number, including shoots booked later. You can also opt out of all our texts by emailing hello@bookedvisual.com or calling (480) 771-2792. For help, reply HELP, email hello@bookedvisual.com, or call (480) 771-2792. To rejoin offer texts after replying STOP to one, reply START to (480) 870-3600.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. If you leave the text-updates box unticked when booking, we send shoot updates by email instead and your shoot is unaffected. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
