• Payment information: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers.
• Property details: address, square footage, number of rooms, access notes, and other booking-related information you submit.
• Usage data: pages you visit, links you click, and approximate location, collected via cookies, analytics tools, and pixels.
• Communications: emails, text messages, and chat messages you send to us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Schedule, deliver, and follow up on photography shoots you book.
• Process payments and send confirmations, invoices, and receipts.
• Communicate with you about your booking and our services.
• Improve our website, services, and customer experience.
• Run and measure marketing campaigns, including via Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and similar advertising platforms.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate our business, including Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (hosting), Google (workspace, analytics), and Meta (advertising attribution and audience matching).
• Photographers assigned to your shoot, who receive only the address and access details needed to complete the booking.
• Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

4. Text Messages (SMS)

When you give us your phone number while booking a shoot or asking about a listing, you are consenting to receive text messages from us about that shoot or inquiry: your booking confirmation, a reminder the day before, updates when your photographer is on the way, a note when your photos are ready, and a request for feedback afterward. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We honor a STOP reply immediately and across every shoot tied to that number.

Your mobile opt-in and consent data are never shared or sold. We do not share phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes, and we do not send phone numbers to advertising platforms. Phone numbers are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf, and with the photographer assigned to your shoot so they can reach you on the day.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Every text we send relates to a shoot or inquiry you started with us.

5. Cookies, Pixels & Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the site, measure ad performance, and serve relevant ads on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. The Meta Pixel may hash and transmit your email address to Meta to improve ad attribution. We do not send your phone number to Meta or any other advertising platform. You can opt out of cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Meta-based advertising at facebook.com/ads/preferences.

6. Your Choices

• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@bookedvisual.com.
• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.
• California, Virginia, Colorado, and other state residents may have additional rights under their state privacy laws. Contact us to exercise them.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal and tax obligations (typically 7 years for financial records), and resolve disputes.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
