Every owner who hires a cleaner eventually asks who shoots their photos. Every owner who hires us eventually asks who cleans, who furnishes, who handles the lock. We would rather answer that question with a name we trust than a shrug.

So the arrangement is simple. You keep Booked Visual in mind when an owner needs listing photos. We keep you in mind when an owner needs what you do. You get a link with your name in it so the referrals you send are actually counted instead of guessed at.

No fee. No contract. No exclusivity. No money moves in either direction. Nobody invoices anybody, nobody owes anybody a quota, and either of us can stop at any time without a conversation. If that ever changes, we will say so plainly before it does.

Photos of the units you turned over

With the owner's permission, a few finished photos of a unit you cleaned, staged or furnished, licensed for your own marketing. Most vendors have never had a professional shot of their own work.

The photos come with the owner's consent every time. We ask them, not you, and if they say no, that is the end of it.

Booking takes about a minute online. There is no rush fee, because fast is the standard. And when you are the one managing the property, the bill can go to you instead of the owner. Say so when the shoot is booked and the invoice goes to the right inbox.

How It Works

Four steps, then it runs itself

1. Send us a note. Tell us what you do and which metros you cover. A sentence is enough.

2. We send you a link. It looks like bookedvisual.com/book?ref=yourname and it is yours. Text it, email it, put it on your invoice. Every booking that comes through it is tagged to you, so we both know what the partnership is actually doing.

3. The owner books in about a minute. They pick a size, a date and a time. We shoot it and deliver the gallery within 24 hours. You are not in the middle of any of it.

4. You get the photos. With the owner's permission, a few finished images of that unit, yours to use.
