The role

• Pay: $50/hour, 1099 contract, paid weekly.
• Time: Around three hours on site per property.
• When: You arrive about an hour after the photographer. He opens indoors and works outward, so your scenes are fresh when the camera reaches them.
• You handle: Setting every scene, bringing the fresh elements, and clearing it all afterwards so the home is guest-ready.
• We handle: Booking, scheduling, the shopping list for each property, and payment.

What we're looking for

• An eye for how a room reads in a photograph. This matters more than anything else on this list. A towel rolled versus draped changes the whole frame.
• Any styling background translates — home staging, interior design, visual merchandising, retail display, event styling, hospitality.
• No photography experience required. You are not shooting; you are setting what gets shot.
• Care about the finish. Whoever sets it out puts it away. Owners are rarely local and nobody is coming behind us.
• Reliable transportation in your Arizona metro.
