Below are the actual 2026 rates we charge across Phoenix and the rest of Arizona, what those rates include, and the questions worth asking any photographer before you hand over your calendar and your money.

The short answer: Booked Visual charges a flat $249 to $559 for an Airbnb photo shoot of a 1 to 6 bedroom home, set by bedroom count, with unlimited photos and delivery usually within 24 hours. Add-ons with a set price run from $50 to $449, twilights are never part of a package, Sedona and Flagstaff each add a $100 destination premium. What Airbnb Photography Costs in Phoenix in 2026

Booked Visual prices by bedroom count, not by photo count. One flat rate covers the entire shoot, every room, every angle, and every finished image. Here is the full 2026 package table:

These rates are one flat price by home size across the Phoenix metro, from Phoenix to Scottsdale. Arizona homes more than 25 driving miles from our photographer, including homes in Tucson, add a travel fee for each mile past 25, and destination premiums apply in Sedona ($100) and Flagstaff ($100). Your total, including any travel fee, is on screen before you pay. The same flat rates apply when you book an Airbnb photographer in Mesa or an Airbnb photographer in Tempe. Per-Photo Pricing vs Flat-Rate Unlimited Photos

Most real estate photographers price one of two ways: a flat rate for a fixed number of images, or a base fee plus a per-photo charge for anything beyond the included set. Both models put you in an awkward spot. You end up choosing between your budget and your listing, deciding whether the casita, the fire pit, or the second bathroom is worth another line item.

We think that is backwards. Guests scroll every photo before they book, and the property that shows 40 strong images will out-convert the one that shows 15. So we removed the meter entirely.

One flat package rate. Unlimited photos. We shoot everything that helps your listing and you keep all of it, with no per-photo fees.

For a 3-bedroom Phoenix rental, that means $349 covers the kitchen, every bedroom, every bathroom, the living spaces, and the little details that make guests hit reserve. You never have to ration your own marketing. Pool, hot tub and other amenity shots are the Amenities add-on, $75 at that size.

What each package includes, by home size

The package is the same at every size. What changes with bedroom count is how much house there is to cover, which is why the price follows bedrooms rather than photo count. Every package, from a 1-bedroom condo to a 6-bedroom home, comes with:

• Interior and exterior coverage: every room, plus the front, the back and the outdoor spaces
• Unlimited photos: no per-photo charge; we shoot until the property is covered
• Hand-editing: every image is color-corrected and HDR-merged by hand
• Delivery: usually within 24 hours of the end of your shoot day
• A branded gallery page with full-resolution downloads

What a package does not include

The add-ons are drone, amenities, twilights and styling, and video is quoted per property. None of them is part of a package; each add-on is optional and chosen at booking, and the prices are listed below. Twilights in particular are always an add-on, at any size and in any market.

Add-Ons That Change the Price

The package table above covers a standard interior and exterior photo shoot. Add-ons are what move the final number, and all of them are optional:

• Drone photography: aerial shots that show the lot, the pool, and the surrounding desert. Especially effective for properties with acreage, mountain backdrops, or golf course frontage in markets like Scottsdale.
• Twilight photography: golden hour and dusk exteriors shot on site. Nothing sells an Arizona pool and patio like a real evening sky.
• Video: walkthrough and short-form social content for hosts who want to market beyond the listing platforms.

Add-on pricing depends on the size of the property, so there is no one-size-fits-all number: each add-on has one price for 1 to 2 bedroom homes and another for 3 bedrooms and up, except twilights, which are one price at any size. What each add-on is:

• Amenities: the shots guests scroll for, such as the pool, hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, game room and gym
• Drone: aerial photos of the property and its surroundings
• Video: a walkthrough video for social, your listing and your site
• Virtual twilight: day exteriors re-lit to golden hour by our editors, with no second visit
• Real twilight: true dusk, with the photographer returning at sunset for a separate shoot
• Styling: a stylist sets every scene before the camera and clears it after

Every add-on except real twilight is shot in the same visit and lands in the same gallery, usually within 24 hours. No package includes twilights; virtual and real twilights are always add-ons. In Sedona, add-ons run 25% above these standard rates (see what changes the price).

Total Cost by Property Size, With Common Add-Ons

Here is what the full bill looks like at each size at our standard Arizona rates, before any travel fee. The last column adds drone and amenities.

A virtual twilight adds $99 at any size, so a 3-bedroom with drone, amenities and a virtual twilight comes to $622.

Pick only what your listing needs. A 2-bedroom condo with no yard may need nothing beyond the package, while a 4-bedroom with a pool and a mountain view is the kind of property drone and amenity shots are made for. What Changes the Price

Four things move a Booked Visual total. Photo count is not one of them.

1. Home size

Bedroom count sets the package price, and it also sets the add-on level: 1 to 2 bedroom homes pay the lower add-on price and homes with 3 or more bedrooms pay the higher one.

2. Sedona, a destination market

Sedona is a premium destination market. Packages there carry a $100 destination premium and add-ons run 25% above our standard rates, so a 1-bedroom is $349, a 3-bedroom is $449 and a 6-bedroom is $659. The premium also applies to nearby towns such as Village of Oak Creek, Cottonwood, Clarkdale, Jerome, Camp Verde, Cornville and Rimrock. Flagstaff carries a $100 premium on the package, with add-ons at our standard rates, so a 1-bedroom there is $349. 3. Travel distance

For Arizona properties more than 25 miles' drive from the photographer's base, the booking page adds a travel fee for each mile past the first 25, one way, and shows the fee and the mileage as their own line before you book.

4. More than one property

If you manage several rentals, multiple properties shot in the same session or within a short window qualify for a discount. Send the list through our property manager page for a batch quote.

What does not change the price

The number of photos. Every package includes unlimited photos, so you never pay more because a property has more to show.

Why Fast Turnaround Matters Before Peak Season

Phoenix runs on a seasonal clock. Snowbird season, spring training, and the winter event calendar drive the highest nightly rates of the year, and listings that refresh their photos before that demand arrives capture more of it. A photographer who delivers in a week can cost you the exact booking window you were trying to win.

Questions to Ask Before You Book

Whoever you hire, in Phoenix or anywhere else, ask these five questions first. The answers separate professionals from expensive disappointments:

1. Is the rate flat, or is there a per-photo charge? Get the total cost for the photo count you actually need, not the teaser price.
2. Is there a cap on delivered photos? A "starting at" price with 15 included images is not comparable to a flat rate with unlimited photos.
3. What is the turnaround, in writing? "Usually pretty fast" is not a commitment. Get a number.
4. Do I pay before or after I see the photos? Get the payment terms before the shoot, including whether you can pay once the photos are ready.
5. Who edits the photos? Ask whether a human editor touches every image or whether the gallery comes out of an automated pipeline.
