A study in Management Science tracked 7,423 Airbnb properties over 16 months and found listings with professionally shot, verified photos ran about 9% higher occupancy than the same kind of listing using host-taken photos (Zhang, Lee, Singh & Srinivasan, 2022). On a $150-a-night Phoenix home at normal occupancy that is roughly an extra night and a half booked every month, so a shoot tends to pay for itself within the first month or two. We won't promise specifics for your property, but we wouldn't have shot 1,000+ rentals if hosts weren't seeing it work.
